At Underworks, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain intimate apparel must remain in unopened packaging to qualify for a refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original state.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
